  • Manage the front desk phone lines professionally, routing calls and taking detailed messages.
  • Process payments, verify identification, and issue room keys and parking passes.
  • Monitor security cameras and perform regular rounds of the property to ensure guest safety and security.
  • Address guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation promptly.
  • Handle wake-up calls and coordinate with housekeeping for late check-outs or early arrivals.
  • Assist with lobby maintenance, ensuring the reception area is welcoming and organized.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience working the night shift or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., luggage or cleaning supplies).
