We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere during the evening hours.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or during the night. You will manage check-ins, handle inquiries, and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests throughout their stay. Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the switchboard to direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout the shift.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of the property and guests.
- Handle guest requests, including room service orders and wake-up calls, promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous front desk or guest services experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
