Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and memorable first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate processing of payments and handling of reservations.
- Answer incoming phone lines and emails promptly, managing guest inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Assist guests with special requests, including wake-up calls, room service orders, and local recommendations.
- Monitor building security systems and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
Qualifications
