Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and billing.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and special requests to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
