Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in with efficiency and grace.
- Manage phone inquiries and front desk operations, including answering questions and directing calls.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and ensure the front desk is organized and stocked with supplies.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and any special requests during their stay.
- Handle check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing receipts accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
