Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and securely.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current guests.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to uphold our premium standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts using hotel management software.
Qualifications
