Key Responsibilities
- Execute efficient guest check-ins and check-outs using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, room service orders, and amenity requests.
- Maintain the security and cleanliness of the lobby and common areas throughout the night.
- Process payments and manage cash handling responsibilities accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and PMS software is highly desirable.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 25 lbs).
