As our Night Shift Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests arriving late in the evening. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of security, comfort, and service quality.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests efficiently, ensuring a warm and professional welcome 24/7.
- Handle check-out procedures and process payments accurately.
- Monitor building security, access points, and surveillance systems throughout the night.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Assist with mail delivery, package management, and concierge services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
