Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all records and reservations.
- Manage the front desk operations during overnight hours, including answering phones and managing email inquiries.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and composure.
- Perform nightly security rounds and ensure all entry points are secure.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for the next day.
- Process payments and prepare nightly financial reports.
- Provide recommendations for local dining and attractions to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
