In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel after hours, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and safe stay. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently and professionally.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Operations: Manage reservations, update room status, and handle check-out procedures accurately.
- Security: Conduct regular security rounds of the property and lobby to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Administrative: Perform light cleaning duties, maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area, and restock amenities.
- Financial: Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision.
- Support: Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and any special requests during the night shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over experience. On-the-job training provided.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Background: Must pass a background check.
