Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Handle inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain the lobby and public areas to pristine standards to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces during busy weekend functions.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or minor issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability.
