Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Process check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a warm, welcoming demeanor using the Opera PMS system.
- Security Oversight: Monitor security cameras and lobby activity to ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Communication Hub: Manage the switchboard, answer inquiries, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Special Requests: Handle wake-up calls, restaurant reservations, and special guest requests with precision and care.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the organization of the front desk area, manage key cards, and ensure a welcoming lobby environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and composed during busy shifts while maintaining a high standard of service.
