As part of our night team, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or needing assistance during the evening hours. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring the security and comfort of our property.

Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment methods.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the switchboard with professionalism.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Perform night audits, including balancing daily reports and financial transactions.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety of the property and guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software (PMS).
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle pressure calmly.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
