What You Will Do:
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process for guests, verifying identity and handling payments.
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls, managing inquiries and routing messages with poise.
- Maintain the security of the property, including monitoring lobby access and surveillance systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting, package management, and filing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and financial transactions.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, manage voicemail boxes, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Monitor building security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff during the night shift.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate rooms or departments.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including balancing the cash drawer and processing invoices.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
