As the primary point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, you will ensure a seamless, secure, and comfortable check-in experience. We are looking for individuals who embody our commitment to luxury hospitality, reliability, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in all data entry and registration.
- Manage the front desk console, including answering multi-line phones and responding to guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Process all financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, and guest folios, adhering to strict company security and accounting policies.
- Monitor security cameras and common areas to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff during night hours.
- Assign rooms, issue keys, and coordinate with housekeeping for late check-outs or maintenance requests.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk environment, including the reception area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with poise and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
