Responsibilities

  • Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in all data entry and registration.
  • Manage the front desk console, including answering multi-line phones and responding to guest inquiries via email or chat.
  • Process all financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, and guest folios, adhering to strict company security and accounting policies.
