Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations during evening and overnight hours, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and registration.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly via phone, email, and in-person with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
- Monitor building security and access control systems to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks and lobby upkeep to maintain a pristine environment.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer information and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a professional appearance.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing.
