Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register hotel guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn hospitality protocols
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet coordination duties)
