Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests with professional courtesy
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage reservations
- Uphold cleanliness and security standards at the front desk
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (we'll teach our systems!)
