Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Previous front desk, guest services, or reception experience is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
