- Warmly greet and check-in/check-out guests using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently
- Process payments, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain billing records

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Uphold strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Perform daily audits and report discrepancies to management
Qualifications
