Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes
- Handle reservations and room assignments via hotel software
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas
- Adhere to all hotel safety and service standards
