Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using resort management systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to resolve guest requests
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness and safety at the front desk area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing and report generation
- Promote resort amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding training
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn resort systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
