Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and occupancy data
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Act as a local resource for guests about Chicago attractions and services
Qualifications
