Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and hotel reservations efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Information Desk: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing accurate information about local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the front desk area to ensure the safety of guests and property, following all hotel security protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for enthusiastic candidates with no prior hospitality background.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional service.
