- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area at all times
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and report preparation
Qualifications
