Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and clients warmly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, routing calls, and taking messages.
- Check patients in and out, verifying insurance information, and updating records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner.
- Process payments and handle basic cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
