Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservation inquiries and bookings via phone/digital channels
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Operate property management systems (training provided)
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support daily operations with valet and concierge duties as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
