Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage the switchboard, and respond to guest inquiries via email and in person.
- Customer Service: Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage reservations, update guest information, and process payments accurately.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Shift Management: Monitor lobby activity and assist guests during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
