Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, answering guest inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests efficiently.
- Learn and promote hotel policies, safety procedures, and local area attractions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; a passion for hospitality is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
