Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest cleanliness standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) for guests.
- Ensure all furniture and fixtures are dusted, polished, and in excellent condition.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and fellow employees.
- Sort and process laundry according to hotel protocols.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
