Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
- Update guest information in the property management system (PMS) regularly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software.
- Must present a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
