Responsibilities
- Warmly greet, register, and check-in/out guests using PMS software
- Manage room reservations and availability with meticulous attention to detail
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
