- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, and concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping operations and ensure room readiness standards
- Operate property management systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Opera)
- Valid Minnesota food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
