Responsibilities
- Monitor front desk operations and guest services during overnight hours
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle payment transactions
- Reconcile daily financial reports and manage cash flow accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Conduct security rounds of the property to ensure safety protocols
- Prepare management reports for morning team handover
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong accounting and reconciliation abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for property checks)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
