Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/out processing using PMS systems
- Reservation management and room assignments
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues
- Processing payments and balancing daily reports
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upselling hotel services and amenities
- Maintaining a clean, organized front desk
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
