Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Reception Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones professionally and responding to emails promptly.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest registrations, verify information, and handle payments efficiently using our property management systems.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the lobby and common areas at all times.
- Information Desk: Provide guests with local directions, recommendations, and answer general inquiries to enhance their stay.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve minor issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Previous front desk experience is not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly (training provided).
- Professionalism: A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
