Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, answer inquiries, and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Reservations & Check-ins: Handle front desk operations, including processing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, take accurate messages, and respond to guest emails and inquiries promptly.
- Support Services: Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area, manage key logs, and perform light administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
- Attributes: Excellent verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
