- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately to staff members.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk area, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Customer Assistance: Provide directions, answer questions about local attractions, and assist guests with any special requests.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries and minor issues with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.
