Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk switchboard with professionalism.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and faxes for guests and staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk lobby and common areas.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
- Assist with concierge requests and resolve guest inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when assisting guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
