Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations, room assignments, and key card issuance using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide local recommendations and assist guests with any special requests or concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including the lobby and public spaces.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and grace.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
