Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Guest Assistance: answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Reservation Management: assist with room bookings and maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences.
- Issue Resolution: handle guest complaints and requests with a focus on maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Administrative Tasks: process payments, handle mail and packages, and ensure the front desk area is organized and clean.
- Team Collaboration: communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Experience: No prior experience needed—we train motivated individuals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing, and positive demeanor is essential.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
