Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm smile and professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries, requests, and special needs.
- Shift Management: Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, including cash handling and balancing the cash drawer.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
- Reservation Support: Assist with booking management and updating guest information in our property management system.
- Problem Solving: Handle minor guest complaints or issues professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency is preferred; we will train you on our specific software.
