Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols in all daily operations.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
