Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas through detailed cleaning protocols
- Manage inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs
- Adhere strictly to safety, sanitation, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute deep-cycling projects and seasonal room refreshes
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
