Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining exceptional guest service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills Process reservations and room assignments with attention to detail
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and room management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
