As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries with care.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
