Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming greeting to all guests, residents, and visitors.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, taking messages, and directing calls efficiently.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Process mail, packages, and deliveries for residents and guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; candidates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with people from diverse backgrounds.
