Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and routing calls promptly.
- Maintain a pristine front desk area, lobby, and common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs in real-time.
- Assist in front-of-house operations and support the front office team during peak check-in times.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the lobby and hotel premises for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new hotel property management software quickly.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.
