As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will set the tone for their entire experience. We are looking for individuals who value professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer questions about our services, and assist with directions to local attractions.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using our property management software.
- Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Guest Services: Handle special requests, process reservations, and address any guest concerns or complaints with empathy.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate logs of guest stays, manage the safe, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Facility Maintenance: Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Ready: Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using tablets or smartphones.
- Reliable & Punctual: Strong work ethic with a history of being on time and dependable.
- Professional Appearance: Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Problem Solver: Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions for guest needs.
