Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Resolve guest concerns and issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value personality and work ethic over history.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
